Snowdonia Black Bomber Truckle 250g

Bomber is an apt name because this little black parcel is strong and explosive in flavour.

Cheddar with attitude. Characteristics: pale yellow paste contained in black wax rind; rich, sweet, toffee flavour with long lasting impact of extra-mature Cheddar.
